大客户经理职位介绍

职位名称:大客户经理-上海
职位综述:大客户经理是对接客户的窗口,负责日常的客户管理工作及项目的优化和交付。

基本职责:
• 负责售后与客户的沟通,了解客户的需求、目标、方法论及调研范围(无销售指标)。
• 与客户密切沟通以完成调研问卷设计,同时负责后期的项目管理。
• 管理好客户的报告需求。
• 负责就项目的运营与各部门之间进行有效沟通,确保将服务标准简明清晰地传达给相关部门。
• 具备向客户自信呈现和讲解报告的能力。
• 确保客户预算和回款环节的按时和准确。

任职资格:
• 本科及以上学历。
• 5年及以上工作经验,其中2年及以上市场调研(定量调研)行业相关经验,有神秘访客项目经验者优先考虑;
• 2年以上客户管理经验。
• 良好的客户管理、沟通、数据分析及演示能力。
• 英文听说读写流利,可进行英文口头汇报(投递简历时请尽量使用英文简历进行投递)。
• 熟悉常用Office软件的操作。

Position :Client account manager
Position Summary:
The Key Account Manager will act as the primary point-of-contact for client accounts and lead (a) day-to-day client management and development, optimization & delivery of client projects. 

Essential Duties:
• Meet with clients to define client needs, goal, methodology & research scope.
• Build reports and set up the questionnaire(s) in close consultation with client & project management.
• Manage the reporting needs of the client.
• Effectively interact with other departments, including the project management and operational management when handing over projects, ensuring you fully and correctly 
• Monitor agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness.
• Present tailored presentation(s) to clients confidently by effectively using a range of presentation skills.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above. 
• More than 2 years' market research industry experience(quantitative research),Mystery Customer Research experience will be a plus, prefer more than 5 year's working experience.
• More than 2 years' client management experience;
• Strong client management skill & communication skill & analytical skills & presentation skill.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge skills office applications/software. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
